OSKO Holz progresses with its pallet’s timber sawmill construction in Spasovschina village, Pskov region, Russia. The expansion is underway. The sawmill on site is 60% complete.
Sawmill construction’s completion scheduled in the 4th quarter of 2020. However, the company noted that the planned timing for the sawmill could be impacted due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
OSKO Holz strategic goals include increasing the value of Russian North-West forests, profitable growth together with customers and increasing carbon stored in long-life wood products.
The OSKO Holz company produce pallet boards (Spruce/Pine) — the key component of wood pallets.
Softwood pallet boards are available in a range of standard sizes for pallets and bespoke sizes can also be cut to order.
We supply fresh cut ISPM15 and KD square edged pallet timber in accordance with GOST Grade US-IV. The production of sawn timber is carried out on the STORTI 350L sawing lines with precise cutting operations on the logs, optimizing production system and enabling to produce high quality products.
All wood products from OSKO Holz are harvested from sustainably managed forests in the North-West of Russia.
The sawmill is located in Spasovschina village, Pskov region near to Ust-Luga sea port.
